THC Disclaimer

There is no detectible amount of THC in HEMP26 branded products. Products that are manufactured from agricultural hemp, which contains less than 0.3% THC in dry weight, are exempt from the Federal Controlled Substances Act.

Individual state laws may vary regarding hemp possession, use, and acceptable levels of THC. It is the customer’s responsibility to research the laws of their state and HEMP26 LTD makes no guarantees or representations as to our products compliance with state law. Some of our products also contain trace amounts of THC and, in rare instances, may cause consumers to test positive for THC in a drug test.
